Uranolab® offers both in-house and external courier services based on the distribution of our laboratories in the countries where we operate: Spain, Portugal, and Colombia. Samples are transported in refrigerated coolers to prevent degradation. If you do not have the appropriate materials for refrigeration, please consult Uranolab® for options.

Our quality program incorporates the strictest internal control protocols applied to technical staff, laboratory techniques, and the operation and maintenance of diagnostic equipment, supported by the corresponding daily data records, with the aim of achieving the highest quality standards.
Sera are stored in the laboratory for one year, as recommended by Good Laboratory Practices. Samples retain their characteristics and can be used for new analyses or to review previous analyses.
The team of veterinarians specialized in various diagnostic areas, supported by the rest of the technical staff and specific technological support, validates the samples to provide results that guarantee maximum reliability and speed.
Total Satisfaction Policy
Results are communicated within a timeframe specified in the catalog from the arrival of the samples at the laboratory (variable depending on the type of sample) via the website, email, and/or phone.
